Responsibility

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for restaurant locations.
  • Design and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns (social media, email, events, partnerships) to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to create compelling menus, offers, and loyalty programs that align with brand identity.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics) to optimize marketing spend and strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and community partners to amplify brand reach.
  • Oversee content creation (photos, videos, blogs) and ensure consistency across all digital platforms (website, Instagram, Google My Business).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or branding, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing (social media management, SEO, paid ads) and traditional marketing (events, print, PR).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaign concepts.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
