Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Support the sales team with client outreach, lead generation, and follow-up communications.
- Create engaging content (copy, graphics, or videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and client deliverables are met.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, or promotional activities.
- Maintain CRM databases and ensure accurate client records are up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0â2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and content management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
