Join Mega Prime Foods as a Marketing Procurement Officer and play a pivotal role in driving cost-efficient, high-impact procurement strategies for our marketing initiatives. Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, you will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and management of suppliers for marketing agencies, media placements, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and promotional campaigns. Responsibility
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies for marketing services, including agencies, media buys, and promotional materials.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with SLAs, and performance metrics are met.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align procurement activities with campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and cost-saving opportunities in the marketing ecosystem.
- Monitor and report on procurement spend, savings, and ROI to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Ensure all procurement processes adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
- Streamline procurement workflows using digital tools and automation to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in marketing or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and reducing costs without compromising quality.
- Strong understanding of marketing supply chains, including media, creative services, and promotional materials.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian or Philippine business practices is a plus.
