Responsibility
- Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring accurate allocation and reporting for all campaigns and initiatives.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign logistics, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to negotiate contracts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong partnerships.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize spend and ROI.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure alignment on financial controls and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, finance coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, process invoices, and handle vendor relationships with precision.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial management tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are advantageous.
