Responsibility
- Process over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials and communications.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in organizing and executing branch events and community engagement activities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
