Based in the heart of Canggu, youāll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiativesāfrom digital and social media to experiential and community-driven events. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, print, and experiential) to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Manage social media channels, content calendars, and community engagement to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights for targeted strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including menus, packaging, and in-store promotions.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., ROI, engagement rates, conversion metrics) to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Organize and oversee events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Develop SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and local listings to improve organic search rankings.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign results and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Proven track record in campaign management, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preferably Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
