Responsibility
- Brand Strategy & Awareness: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and loyalty across Malaysia and international markets.
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, from concept to execution, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Event Leadership: Organize and oversee high-impact events, trade shows, and product launches to drive engagement and sales.
- Wholesale & Retail Growth: Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing initiatives that support B2B and B2C expansion.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, ROI, and market trends to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Content & Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and content (e.g., blogs, videos, social media) that resonate with our audience and amplify brand messaging.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and external partners to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing management, with a track record of successful brand campaigns and business growth.
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems) and social media platforms.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop data-driven marketing plans and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or agencies.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative thinking to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Malay or Indonesian is a plus.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
