Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel marketing strategy for Coffee & Tea and QSR segments across Asia, aligning with regional business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end activation plans, including trade promotions, digital campaigns, and in-store executions to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key QSR operators, distributors, and retail partners to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and refine channel strategies.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product launches, pricing, and inventory management.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including sales performance, market share, and ROI, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Train and support local marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution excellence across markets.
- Represent FrieslandCampina at industry events, trade shows, and operator engagements to strengthen brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or key account management within the F&B or QSR industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel strategies in Asia, with a deep understanding of operator dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Experience working in a multinational environment, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Asia as required.
