Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end content strategies, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and video scripts aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) from planning to optimization, ensuring maximum ROI and lead quality.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CAC, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to create high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
- A/B test ad copy, visuals, and targeting to refine messaging and improve performance.
- Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, affiliates, or media outlets to amplify brand reach.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to outpace competitors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and paid ads (B2B or B2C).
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable results (portfolio or case studies required).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (GA4, Tag Manager).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with an eye for engaging, conversion-driven content.
- Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
