Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, including social media, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Lead a team of content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, conversion rates) and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platforms to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely publication and consistency across all channels.
- Oversee influencer and community engagement strategies to amplify reach and build brand loyalty.
- Report on KPIs and present insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling social media presence and driving engagement for brands or agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns, viral posts, or growth strategies.
- Expertise in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar) to measure and optimize performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for storytelling and brand voice.
- Experience managing teams, freelancers, or agencies to deliver high-quality content on time.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they integrate with social media strategies.

- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
