Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, aligned with brand guidelines and sustainability values.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize strategies.
- Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research and assisting in content optimization for better search rankings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including drafting newsletters and tracking open/click-through rates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Help organize and promote virtual or in-person events, webinars, and community initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and sustainability.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing or communications is advantageous.
