Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive direct bookings.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and guest communications.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to design seasonal promotions and packages tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI) to refine marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with influencers, travel bloggers, and media partners to amplify brand visibility and credibility.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, and website content.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sector.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is advantageous.
