Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services in the Bali region.
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and direct sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve overall business objectives.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Bali region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
