Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase hospital revenue and service utilization.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, and community health programs to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities for RSPI Group services.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track the ROI of various promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical staff and administration, to communicate service value effectively.
  • Generate regular performance reports on marketing initiatives and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, corporate clients, and insurance providers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media trends, and traditional promotional channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
