Responsibility
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage end-to-end brand identity and consistent communication across all platforms.
- Coordinate and host tenant-focused events to build community and enhance user experience.
- Develop engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities within the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or public relations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media management, and SEO principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive tenant and stakeholder relationships.
