Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute onsite events, activations, and promotional activities at the resort.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral and social media content to boost brand engagement.
- Liaise with internal departments (operations, F&B, theme park) to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding event packages and booking requirements.
- Monitor event performance and collect guest feedback to drive future improvements.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, reporting, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the A'Famosa brand identity across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with high energy and strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required by event schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
