Note: This is a contract-based position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibility

  • Design and execute creative promotional events for XLHome across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with local vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless event logistics, from setup to teardown.
  • Engage with attendees through interactive demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and hands-on experiences to highlight XLSmart’s features.
  • Monitor event performance using KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and lead generation, and provide post-event reports.
  • Manage on-site event staff, including promoters and brand ambassadors, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights during events to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and enhance promotional strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event marketing, promotions, or experiential marketing, preferably in the tech, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build relationships.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for designing memorable and impactful brand experiences.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s local market, including key venues, vendors, and cultural nuances, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a bonus.
