Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative event concepts for XLHome product promotions across Bali, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, permits, and on-site execution in locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate promotional strategies into event activations, maximizing customer engagement and lead generation.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality or impact.
- Engage with local communities, influencers, and partners to amplify event reach and drive attendance through targeted outreach and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, sales conversions) to assess ROI and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and brand standards during all event activities.
- Prepare post-event reports, including key learnings, successes, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event marketing, promotions, or experiential marketing, preferably in the telecommunications, FMCG, or tech industries.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful events, from concept to post-event analysis, with measurable results.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative event design and experiential marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, CRM systems) to support event promotion and follow-up.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
