Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Coordinate end-to-end event planning, including venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data and event KPIs to provide actionable insights for future optimization.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables with high precision.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media contacts to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing and event management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively under pressure.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a strong advantage.
