Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, from concept to post-event analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Develop engaging content for event promotions across social media, email, and digital platforms.
- Monitor event performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Support PR and communication efforts, including press releases and media outreach.
- Collaborate with designers to create event collateral (banners, invitations, presentations).
- Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and on-site coordination.
- Stay updated on industry trends to propose innovative event strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Passion for event management, digital marketing, or public relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events (Bali-based or remote-friendly).
