Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Craft compelling, on-brand copy for digital and print materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content.
- Design visually appealing graphics and layouts that enhance the impact of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging and visuals for maximum engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovative campaign strategies.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance, tracking metrics to measure success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in copywriting and graphic design, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative copywriting and design projects.
- Excellent command of English with impeccable writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
