Responsibility
- Manage the receipt, processing, and distribution of internal and external documents between local offices and headquarters.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of critical business documents.
- Assist in the preparation and proofreading of marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to streamline communication and resolve document-related inquiries.
- Monitor deadlines for submissions, approvals, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics and collateral distribution.
- Utilize CRM or document management systems to track and archive communications efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, marketing support, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
