Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products and services across Bali’s key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and websites, to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to secure coverage and endorsements.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and digital ads, ensuring brand consistency.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in the Indonesian market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM techniques.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
