We offer a permanent position (PKWTT/Karyawan Tetap) after a probationary period, with a competitive salary package of IDR 10,000,000 – IDR 12,000,000 per month. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure coverage and amplify brand messaging.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities in Bali and beyond.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, providing data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing communications innovative and relevant.
  • Manage crisis communications and reputation management, ensuring timely and effective responses to any brand-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation, media relations, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, with a focus on engagement and growth.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush) and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience working in Bali or Southeast Asia is highly desirable, with an understanding of local and expat markets.
