Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies aligned with government objectives and public sector priorities.
- Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and digital content to engage stakeholders and the general public.
- Manage social media platforms and online communities, ensuring consistent branding and timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, events, and public outreach programs.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Design and produce multimedia content (e.g., videos, infographics) to support communication goals.
- Ensure compliance with government communication policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Track and report on KPIs and ROI for marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in the public sector or government-affiliated organizations.
- Proven track record in content creation, media relations, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, CMS platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization for digital channels.
