Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for social media, company website, and corporate brochures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end production of marketing collateral, including copywriting and visual briefings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Assist in organizing trade shows, corporate events, and product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic design proficiency (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
