Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content (copy, visuals, videos) for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities to boost customer interaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and audience preferences.
- Oversee crisis communication plans and maintain the company’s positive public image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communication, PR, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or FMCG industry is a plus.
