You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, focusing on high-impact social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of trends, understands the nuances of community management, and knows how to turn a brand vision into viral-worthy content. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media channels.
  • Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar that aligns with brand milestones and promotional activities.
  • Produce high-quality visual and video content, including filming and editing short-form video assets.
  • Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar applications.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, particularly for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
