Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows to enhance lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align automation strategies with business goals and customer journey mapping.
- Develop and manage segmented email campaigns, drip sequences, and personalized content to drive engagement and retention.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure seamless data flow and lead tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation to drive innovation.
- Train and support team members on marketing automation tools and processes to maximize adoption and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve platform-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with integrations (APIs, Zapier, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized content.
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and lead scoring to optimize campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
- Certifications in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) are a plus.
