Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for recycled copper products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Support customer development efforts by engaging with key clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or sustainability sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
