Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote aesthetic equipment to clinics, doctors, and healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our aesthetic solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and address client inquiries promptly.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the companyâs reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with aesthetic products or medical equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
