Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Support the creation of engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials, to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and influencers to amplify marketing efforts and reach target audiences.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and workshops to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, digital media, and communications.
Qualifications
- A bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
