Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market share in the financial services sector.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels, including print, digital, and in-person events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and brand sentiment) to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in financial services).
- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to interpret market data and customer insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
