Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage and track marketing budgets, expenses, and invoices to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to support project objectives.
- Maintain and organize marketing documentation, including contracts, reports, and creative assets, for easy retrieval and reference.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, providing regular updates to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and campaigns as needed.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role or administrative position within a marketing team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid work setting.
