Responsibility
- Plan and execute effective Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to boost brand engagement.
- Manage and curate content for our Facebook cluster pages to maintain an active digital community.
- Perform field selling and direct market outreach to potential clients and customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Gather market feedback and insights during field activities to support future campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts and BTL activations.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship or field experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media management, specifically Facebook page administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to conduct field selling.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic digital content creation tools.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Manila area for field-based responsibilities.
