As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our brand's growth by managing our digital presence and executing on-the-ground marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing team to bridge the gap between our online community and our physical retail footprint, ensuring a seamless brand experience for our customers.

Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
- Manage and curate content for multiple Facebook cluster pages to maintain high engagement levels.
- Actively participate in field selling initiatives to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide reports to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with industry trends in the local area.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals and promotional materials for various events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Facebook platform management and social media marketing best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle field-based tasks comfortably.
- High level of initiative, reliability, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel around the Tayuman area for field sales and event operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
