In this role, you will be the backbone of our marketing operations, providing critical support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and our specialized Pillar Leads. From coordinating complex multi-channel campaigns to ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external partners, your work will directly impact the success of RRHI’s diverse portfolio.

Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CMO and Marketing Pillar Leads.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed marketing reports, presentations, and performance analytics.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track project timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Act as a primary liaison between the marketing department and external vendors or creative agencies.
- Organize and maintain the company’s digital asset management system and marketing collateral.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging retail trends.
- Support the logistics and coordination of promotional events and corporate marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support, administrative, or agency role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
