Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and educational philosophy.
- Create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and written posts, to showcase our preschool's unique environment.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns to educate parents about Montessori principles and school updates.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to capture authentic moments and stories from the classroom.
- Monitor analytics to track content performance and adjust strategies for maximum engagement.
- Assist in organizing and promoting school events, open houses, and community initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Passion for education, child development, or the Montessori method is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
