Responsibility
- End-to-End Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse portfolio of events, including product launches, pop-ups, and brand activations, from concept to post-event analysis.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and partners to secure cost-effective, high-quality services.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and track event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising on experience or impact.
- On-Site Leadership: Oversee event setups, troubleshoot real-time challenges, and ensure flawless execution aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align events with broader business objectives and campaigns.
- Foot Traffic Strategies: Design activations that drive engagement, attract target audiences, and convert attendees into loyal customers.
- Post-Event Reporting: Analyze event performance metrics (attendance, ROI, social buzz) and present insights to refine future strategies.
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of industry trends in experiential marketing and propose innovative ideas to elevate Mitbana’s event portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in event coordination, marketing activations, or a related field, with a portfolio of successful projects.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders, from C-level executives to on-ground teams.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to secure favorable terms with vendors, venues, and collaborators while maintaining strong relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent), MS Office, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and calm under pressure, with a solutions-oriented approach to last-minute challenges.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s event landscape, cultural nuances, and logistical considerations is highly advantageous.
