Responsibility
- Develop and expand a network of agency and partnership channels to drive motorcycle financing sales in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective partnership strategies.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new business partners, including dealerships, agents, and local businesses.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials for partners.
- Provide training and support to partners to ensure alignment with company policies and sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in Bali’s motorcycle financing sector.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, sales performance, and market feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in financial services or motorcycle financing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through agency or partnership channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and motorcycle market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
