Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on Shopee Live, TikTok Live, and Instagram Live to promote EHEUY FACTORY products.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and building trust to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live session content, scripts, and promotional strategies.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage through clear, persuasive, and entertaining presentations.
- Monitor live session performance metrics (viewership, engagement, sales) and provide feedback for optimization.
- Stay updated on trending products, social media algorithms, and live-selling best practices.
- Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence, adapting to audience feedback and platform dynamics.
- Assist in post-live follow-ups, including customer inquiries and order confirmations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream host, sales presenter, or social media influencer (preferably in e-commerce).
- Excellent Indonesian and English communication skills with a clear, engaging, and confident speaking voice.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities with a track record of converting viewers into customers.
- Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, and other live-selling platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to improvise and adapt content based on audience interaction.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of live streaming equipment (microphones, lighting, cameras) and troubleshooting.
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple live sessions per day.
- Passion for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle products (alignment with EHEUY FACTORY’s brand).
