As a Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced Market Managers to support daily operations, optimize partner relationships, and contribute to the growth of our lodging business in the region. In this role, you will be at the heart of our regional operations, ensuring that our hotel and accommodation partners are fully supported and set up for success on the Trip.com platform. You will serve as a vital link between external partners and internal product teams, honing your communication and project coordination skills. Responsibility
- Assist Market Managers in daily operational tasks, including account configuration, promotion setups, and content verification.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Finance, and Product) to resolve partner and booking issues swiftly.
- Maintain and update partner databases, ensuring accurate rates, inventory, and content availability on the Trip.com platform.
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly market performance reports using Microsoft Excel and internal BI tools.
- Support the Business Development team in onboarding new hotel partners and training them on platform tools.
- Monitor competitor pricing, inventory, and market trends to identify new growth opportunities in the Bali market.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior internship or project experience in the travel, e-commerce, or hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
