Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive market surveys to assess tobacco product distribution and sales performance in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
- Collect and verify accurate data from various retail outlets including warungs, minimarkets, and specialty stores
- Monitor and report on competitor product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Identify new retail opportunities and potential distribution channels for our tobacco products
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising standards are maintained in all surveyed outlets
- Submit timely and accurate reports on market trends, consumer preferences, and sales performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide actionable insights for improving market penetration
- Maintain professional relationships with retail partners and store owners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in market research, retail sales, or field survey work (experience in tobacco/FMCG industry preferred)
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with retail partners
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and mobile data collection tools
- Familiarity with Bali's retail landscape and local market dynamics is highly desirable
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned areas
