Responsibility
- Conduct field surveys to assess the distribution and sales performance of tobacco products in assigned retail outlets (e.g., convenience stores, warungs, minimarkets).
- Collect and record accurate data on outlet locations, product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Analyze retail trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide actionable insights based on survey findings.
- Maintain detailed records of survey results and submit comprehensive reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during fieldwork.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners to facilitate data collection.
- Utilize digital tools and mobile applications to streamline data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in market research, sales, or retail operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong observational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with retail partners.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic data entry software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
