Responsibility
- Assist in daily manufacturing operations under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct quality control checks and document findings to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, logs, and other documentation related to production activities.
- Engage in continuous learning and training sessions to develop technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational demands.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
