Responsibility

  • Support daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement lean manufacturing principles.
  • Assist in the development and execution of continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Contribute to the training and development of production staff in best practices and new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA).
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing), Business, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain (internships count).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • Passion for leadership development and a long-term career in manufacturing.
