Responsibility
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from concept to production.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
- Maintain and improve quality control standards to meet industry regulations.
- Design and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-tech or precision engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing.
