Responsibility

  • Provide accurate and timely translation of documents, emails, presentations, and other materials from Mandarin to English/Indonesian and vice versa.
  • Offer real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and phone calls for senior management and clients.
  • Manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences efficiently.
  • Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screening calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist in organizing company events, internal meetings, and executive gatherings.
  • Maintain a highly organized filing system (both digital and physical) and ensure data confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a dual role as a Translator and Personal Assistant, preferably in an investment or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional fluency in Mandarin (Simplified/Traditional), English, and Indonesian, both written and verbal, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various communication platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with integrity.
