Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in Mandarin and English, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to optimize costs and availability.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer retention, and enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or customer service is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
