Responsibility
- Develop and execute Mandarin-focused marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in the insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities in Indonesia and Chinese-speaking markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to localize marketing materials (brochures, digital content, presentations) for Mandarin audiences.
- Support client onboarding and policy explanations in Mandarin, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company’s services.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Prepare reports and presentations in both English and Mandarin for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client support, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within multicultural environments is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali (Canggu/Ubud/Denpasar area).
